ABB Uras 14

Uras 14 extractive IR gas analyser for CO, CO2, CH4 and NO

The ABB Uras 14 is an infra-red (NDIR) gas analyser designed for integration into an extractive gas analysis system or for use as a "stand-alone" instrument. In case the Uras 14 is to analyse in warm, wet or aggressive gasses, the gas must be cooled down and filtrated before it is led into the analyser. For analysis in clean, dry gasses, the gas to be analysed is led directly through the analyser.

The Uras 14 analyser can be delivered as a single analyser or as an analyser module for hook-up to an ABB Limas 11 or Magnos 17/106. The Uras 14 can measure up to 4 gasses (i.e. CO, CO2, NO and CH4) with the NDIR measuring principle as well as one O2 measurement with the electrochemical measuring principle at the same time.

The analyser can be built up in a 19" rack or function as a stand-alone instrument for installation on the wall. It is of a rugged construction and easy to operate. The software is built up in a very accessible way with integrated opportunities of mixing different modules and to combine measurement of gasses in many ways.

ACF NT

ABB ACF-NT - multi component gas analysis system

Analysis system for analysis of O2, CO, H2O, SO2, NO, NO2, HCl, NH3, HF and TOC.

The ABB ACF-NT is an extractive heated analysis system consisting of a heated probe, a heated hose and an analysis system. The ACF-NT is based on the FTIR measuring principle. O2 is analysed using the zirconium-oxide measuring principle and TOC is analysed using the FID measuring principle. The ACF-NT analysis system can be configured for analysis of many gasses in one instrument.

It is also possible to deselect some of the above measurements. The ACF-NT can be upgraded without change of hardware for measurement of gasses with the FTIR measuring principle.

As emission measurement system, the ACF-NT analysis system is noted for being able to measure all the gas parameters to be registered from waste incineration plants; and the availability factor according to the TÜV certification of the instrument is 98%. Besides, the instrument is TÜV approved according to 17. BimSchV with only 2 calibrations per year.

Limas 11

Limas 11 extractive UV gas analyser for SO2, NO, NO2 and H2S

The ABB Limas 11 is an ultra-violet (NDUV) gas analyser designed for integration into an extractive gas analysis system or for use as a "stand-alone" instrument. In case the Limas 11 is to analyse in warm, wet or aggressive gasses, the gas must be cooled down and filtrated before it is led through the analyser.

In clean, dry gasses the gas to be analysed is led directly through the analyser. The Limas 11 gas analyser can be delivered as a single analyser or as an analyser module for hook-up to an ABB Uras 14 for instance.

The Limas 11 can measure up to 5 gasses simultaneously with the NDUV measuring principle. The Limas 11 is able to analyse low concentrations of SO2, NO and NO2.

The Limas 11 can be supplied as an IR analyser as well. But the different measurement principles UV and IR cannot be combined in one analyser.

The analyser can be built up in a 19" rack or function as a stand-alone instrument for installation on the wall. It is of a rugged construction and easy to operate. The software is built up in a very accessible way with integrated opportunities of mixing different modules and to combine measurement of gasses in many ways.

Magnos 17

Magnos 17/106 extractive gas analyser for O2

The ABB Magnos 17/106 is a paramagnetic O2 gas analyser designed for integration into an extractive gas analysis system or for use as a "stand-alone" instrument. In case the Magnos 17 is to analyse in wet, warm or aggressive gasses, the gas has to be cooled down and filtrated before it is led through the analyser. For analysis in clean, dry gasses, the gas is led directly through the analyser.

The Magnos 17/106 gas analyser can be delivered as an independent gas analyser or as an analyser module for hook-up to an ABB Uras 14 gas analyser for instance.

The difference between the Magnos 17 and the Magnos 106 lies in the functionality of the paramagnetic measuring principle. The Magnos 106 is built up with an extremely sensitive paramagnetic cell which makes it very accurate but not as rugged as the Magnos 17. This is why the Magnos 17 is often used for placement in rugged industrial environments.
